Archi Shield is a two-component polyurea resin, sprayed on as a single seamless membrane. It comes in three hardness grades, so the system can be matched to how much flex or abrasion resistance a surface actually needs.
| Grade | Tensile Strength | Elongation | Hardness | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Elastic — Medium Hardness | 5.5 N/mm² | 300% | 70–80 Shore A | 1–3 years |
| Elastic — High Hardness | 6 N/mm² | 100% | 80–90 Shore A | 1–3 years |
| Elastic — Ultra Hardness | 10 N/mm² | 50% | ≥ 90 Shore A | 3–5 years |
All three grades share a full cure in 24 hours and a coverage rate of roughly 2.8–3 kg/m² at 2mm thickness. Higher hardness trades flexibility for abrasion resistance and a longer service life — your installer can help pick the right grade for the surface.
